RETURNING Boar's Head Food Service Counter/Cook/Kitchen/Dishwasher/ Food Runner

Food Service


Looking for energetic individuals to work in a fast-paced kitchen preparing and serving quality food items for various customer food booths. Hours would range from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.


Depending on your job placement, responsibilities could include:

  • Food preparation
  • Cooking
  • Portioning food
  • Maintaining food-safety standards
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Washing all dishes, pots & pans, and utensils.
  • Inventory
  • Handling money
  • Customer service
  • Various other duties as needed

Cooks and Kitchen Help (18 and over) will be working with:

  • Grills
  • Ovens
  • Fryers
  • Various other kitchen equipment


  • Basic math skill required for those handling money
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good attention for detail.
  • Must be flexible and willing to work as part of a team.
  • Able to provide excellent customer service
  • Able to sell with enthusiasm
  • Not be intimidate to call out (hawk) to potential customers
  • Be in good health and have good hygiene
  • Able to lift a minimum of 35 pounds


  • Positions that deal with the public will be required to wear a period appropriate costume. 
  • Those who work behind the scenes may wear either jeans or shorts that go below the knee with with a sleeved shirt. No sleeveless shirts will be allowed. 
  • All positions are required to wear closed-toe shoes. 
  • Hair should be neat and clean and pulled back. 
  • No nail polish. 
  • No facial piercings and no gauges.
