Customer Service/Support


Looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to provide outgoing, courteous customer service to our guests with a warm, friendly smile.


Positions are available in the following areas:

  • Main Office
  • Ticket Sales
  • Entrance and Exit Gates
  • Souvenir Sales

Hours would be dependent upon your job placement but chould range from 7:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. 


Depending on your job placement, responsibilities may include:

  • Handling large amounts sums of money.
  • Handling high volumes of guests.
  • Providing information regarding attraction locations, First Aid, Lost and Found, location for locker rental, and various other questions.
  • Inventory and restocking.
  • Answering phones.
  • Various other duties as needed.


Depending on job placement:

  • Must be able to handle multiple phone lines.
  • Must have good math skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be flexible and willing to work as part of a team.
  • Not be intimidated to call out (hawk) to potential customers.
  • Be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • For Souvenir Sales, cash register experience is a plus but not required.

You will be required to wear:

  • A SCREAMS® employee T-shirt at a cost of $8 - $10.
  • Dark colored jeans or pants.
  • Comfortable shoes.
