Overview

 energetic, outgoing, detail oriented individual.  The schedule for this position would include weekends( saturdays and sundays)

Responsibilities

The Booth Managers will be responsible for:  

  • Responsible for stocking and inventory control.
  • Responsible for food preparation, cooking, and ensuring that all food safety guidelines are followed.  
  • Overseeing the cooks and kitchen help in booth
  • Cleanup and shutdown of your booth. 

Qualifications

  • Prior restaurant kitchen experience is a must. 
  • Must be very detailed oriented. 
  • Must have strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of and the ability to use various kitchen equipment. 
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Must be in good health. 
  • Must be able stand for long periods of time. 
  • Must be able to deal with varying weather conditions.
